We bring our own cleaning supplies except vacuums but please let us know if you have any special requests and we would be happy to accommodate you if possible. Alternatively, we can use green products if you would prefer. Please let us know if you would prefer green cleaning services so we can plan for this.
We offer flat rate pricing based on the size of the home and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the home.

Log into your account and get your referral id. Share this with friends. If a friend books through your referral id, your friend automatically gets a $25 discount and you earn a $25 referral reward that can be applied to future service.
In most cases you can enter your coupon code directly on the booking form. If you have any issues, please contact us and let us know.
Some discounts are for first time customers only and some are for recurring customers only. In addition, some discounts are only one-time, and will not work for future service. There might be a couple reasons why a specific discount code no longer works. Please call 330.333.0402 if you have any questions.
You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner.
You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment.
You can not apply your coupon to past appointments that have already been completed.
Log into your account at https://maidexperience.bookingkoala.com and you will see any outstanding giftcards and respective balances. In addition, you can see any referral rewards you have earned for referring a friend.
Please note that if your time is a range that this is our arrival window to deal with the unpredictability of traffic, parking, and other surprises. Please note that we do allow a one hour window for our 8:30 AM time slot.
If something is not done to your expectations, please let us know within 24 hours of service completion. We’ll send a team out to make it right (within 48 hours). Absolutely no refunds if you decline us the opportunity to re-clean areas of concern.
If you’re not content with your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours. We will come out and re-clean (within 48 hour window).
Yes they do. We run a detailed nationwide background check on all applicants as the last step in our pre-screening process.
We have three levels of security in place.
1. Our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL.
2. Our booking form has it’s own layer of 256 bit security.
3. Credit card transactions are processed by Stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol.
In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured we take security very, very seriously.
If something goes wrong we’re here to make it right. Please let us know right away and we’ll be there to take care of it. That’s our promise to you!
All of our cleaners are extensively interviewed and must pass a nationwide detailed background check. Only about 10% of the people that apply end up working as a Maid Experience certified cleaner.
